Provide administrative support to the Head of Media Finance & Sales and a Motion Picture Literary agent: manage calendars and calls, coordinate travel, prepare invoices and reports, maintain databases and project tracking, support festival/market planning, prepare/distribute project materials, communicate with industry contacts, and read/cover literary material as needed.
