Own and grow FACE FOUNDRIÉ's online store: develop ecommerce strategy, manage storefront and merchandising, run promotions and A/B tests, optimize conversion and AOV, report on KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention and revenue.

Manage and support franchisee local marketing to drive revenue and client acquisition. Build localized plans, coach franchise partners, ensure brand consistency, track performance, optimize campaigns, run trainings, and coordinate with national marketing.

Manage day-to-day salon operations including staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, budget and financial reporting. Drive sales and retail revenue, ensure high-quality client service, conduct hiring and performance reviews, coach and develop staff, support marketing and social media, and collaborate with the store owner and corporate for consistent execution.
