Manage a portfolio of customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate programs and projects, collaborate with delivery and product teams, support pilots/renewals, and visit customers or company offices as needed. Owns proposal development, content organization, asset workflows, brand consistency, and performance tracking. Partners with sales, product, deal desk, and leadership teams to translate complex product capabilities and customer outcomes into persuasive visual narratives. Requires strong commercial understanding, proposal writing, visual storytelling, and proficiency with presentation, design, video, demo, proposal, CRM, and collaboration tools.
