Build and lead an enterprise implementation services organization for EHS and sustainability software. Establish the operating model, delivery methodology, role framework, scoping and pricing standards, governance, metrics, and change-control processes. Oversee complex multi-module and multi-region deployments, including integrations, data migration, and change management. The role also supports project planning, estimation, quality assurance, and adoption of modern development practices and tools.

Coordinate customers, implementation teams, and technical specialists while managing milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, data readiness, validation, testing, and issue resolution. Serve as a customer-facing liaison, communicate technical and project matters to varied audiences, identify scope changes, and maintain alignment with statements of work and delivery objectives.

Administer and improve Customer Success systems (Vitally, Onboard.io, Staircase), translate processes into configurations and automations, build dashboards and reports, monitor data quality and integrations, provide user support and training, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement and test system changes.
