Manage multi‑state payroll processing and payroll journal entries, support payroll compliance and audits, prepare GAAP month‑end close schedules and bank reconciliations, provide AR/AP backup, review staff work, assist with intercompany accounting, support ERP administration and testing, and drive process improvements and internal controls.

Lead and oversee general accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and fixed assets. Manage month-end/quarterly/year-end close, audits, consolidated financial statements, technical accounting (leases, revenue recognition), variance analysis, process improvements, and staff development while providing technical guidance and ad hoc financial analysis.
