Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of properties, manage timelines and documentation, liaise with owners/vendors/residents, ensure accurate data entry and financial reconciliation, identify and resolve transition issues, and recommend process improvements while ensuring compliance.

Serve as the property's first point of contact: greet residents and vendors, answer and log calls, coordinate deliveries and appointments, maintain files and databases, draft/respond to correspondence, manage voicemails and website inquiries, keep reception area organized, and support property management with administrative tasks.
