Coordinate firmwide staffing and scheduling across service lines and office locations. Assign personnel based on availability, experience, engagement needs, and deadlines; monitor utilization, workloads, capacity, PTO, and staffing conflicts; support peak tax and audit periods; maintain scheduling data and reports; facilitate resource planning meetings; communicate assignments and resolve competing staffing priorities with leaders and engagement teams.

Staff Accountant supports client accounting and tax engagements by entering financial data, preparing tax returns, assisting with audits, completing payroll and property tax filings, reconciling accounts, recording journal entries, communicating with clients, and monitoring project progress. The role requires accounting education or equivalent experience, CPA licensure or plans to pursue a CPA, proficiency with firm software, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
