Manage membership accounts and payments, process applications/changes/cancellations, and support retention via phone and in-person service. Maintain records, perform data entry, handle collections/recovery, use Traction Rec and SPIRIT systems, and support membership-related reporting and administrative tasks while following YMCA policies and privacy guidelines.

Manage post-award grant compliance and stewardship, ensure cost allocation and restricted fund usage align with regulations and internal policies, maintain compliance documentation and reporting calendars, support audits, train staff, perform compliance reviews and financial analyses, and collaborate with accounting and program teams to mitigate financial risk.
