Coordinate and execute multiple marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards. Manage digital and field marketing requests, run stand-ups and planning meetings, oversee QA and process improvements, track performance with dashboards and A/B tests, and train teams on tools and best practices to optimize outcomes and support organizational objectives.

Research prospects and events, generate leads, create marketing emails, give presentations, close partnerships, track leads in CRM, and follow up on event contacts. Work primarily in the field, with evening/weekend flexibility and monthly on-call participation.

Identify, research, and qualify high-capacity philanthropic prospects; prospect and secure introductory meetings; build and maintain a pipeline of six- and seven-figure donor opportunities; manage prospect records and pipeline in Salesforce; coordinate handoffs with cultivation and solicitation teams; provide regular pipeline reporting and strategic recommendations.
