Internal sales role responsible for growing new federal customer relationships in a defined territory. Drive outbound calls and campaigns, create quotes, process orders, manage CRM pipeline, resolve customer issues, learn vendor cybersecurity products and articulate solutions, and support vendor partnerships and sales objectives. Hybrid DC-based role with in-office days and customer meetings.

Implement and configure TrustCloud GRC solutions for public sector and commercial customers. Conduct discovery workshops, document requirements, build workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations. Manage implementations from initiation to deployment, deliver training, provide post-implementation support, and assist with technology research, sales enablement, and content development.

Drive strategic sales into federal accounts by promoting FRC cybersecurity and privacy solutions, developing account strategies, identifying vendors, closing large multi-year programs, maintaining CRM pipelines, meeting outbound and face-to-face activity targets, and coordinating with OEMs and internal sales support.

Perform outbound prospecting and quoting to build pipeline, maintain CRM records, handle customer inquiries, resolve satisfaction issues, and support vendor relationships. Participate in campaigns, learn vendor technologies, and assist order processing and sales operations to drive new business.

Support sales operations by creating vendor quotes, assisting order processing, participating in call and marketing campaigns, resolving customer issues, maintaining CRM data, learning vendor products, and assisting SDR/ISR team members.
