Owns SEC reporting processes and prepares and reviews Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, registration statements, and proxy disclosures. Provides technical accounting guidance on U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, transactions, and new standards. Responsibilities include data preparation, statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, generative AI, LLM evaluation, predictive modeling, visualization, and pipeline development. The role collaborates with data engineers, scientists, domain experts, and stakeholders to scale AI solutions and communicate technical findings.

Designs and governs secure network architectures across enterprise, cloud, manufacturing, and remote-access environments. Responsibilities include creating reference architectures and standards, leading Palo Alto Networks security solutions, reviewing firewall and segmentation designs, integrating Azure and Microsoft security technologies, and defining logging and policy-management requirements.
