Supports attorneys in business transactions, tax, trusts, and estates by preparing and formatting legal documents, reviewing work for accuracy, coordinating calendars and communications, assisting with billing and time entry, and following up on outstanding tasks. Provides professional client and team support while managing confidential information, competing priorities, and deadlines in an in-office legal practice.

Provides administrative and litigation support to two or three attorneys in a law office. Duties include preparing and proofreading legal documents, electronic court filing, maintaining case files and trial notebooks, managing calendars and deadlines, coordinating meetings and depositions, processing billing information, handling communications, arranging travel, and assisting clients and visitors. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, proofreading, communication, transcription, and office technology skills.

Represent clients in civil litigation matters across commercial, municipal, construction, employment, and insurance defense. Perform legal research, draft litigation documents, meet clients, manage files and deadlines, use legal technology, and travel in-state as needed.
