Provide front-office administrative support including phone/email routing, scheduling, document preparation, filing, basic accounting/AP/AR assistance, onboarding/offboarding support, office supply and facilities coordination, event organization, and confidential recordkeeping to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Manage BIM/Revit modeling and project coordination for precast concrete structures. Create parametric 3D models, interpret construction documents and engineer sketches, coordinate drawings with A/E, GC or EOR, interface with clients, attend meetings, and ensure quality, deadlines, and organizational standards are met.
