Maintains accounting integrity through general ledger management, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement analysis, variance reporting, and transaction review. Supports accounts payable and receivable, compliance monitoring, internal controls, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Serves as backup to the Plant Controller and may assume controller-in-training responsibilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
