Support mortgage operations across disclosure, closing, and post-closing functions. Ensure regulatory and investor compliance (Loan Estimate/Closing Disclosure, RESPA), monitor pipelines, review title and closing packages, submit vendor requests, complete UCD filing, send investor collateral, resolve post-closing issues, and maintain accurate Encompass records and documentation.

Manage and grow dealer partnerships to drive indirect auto loan originations and membership expansion. Monitor portfolio performance and KPIs, ensure compliance, deliver dealer training, prospect and onboard new dealers, collaborate cross-functionally to optimize origination-to-funding processes, and use data-driven insights to refine territory strategies and improve dealer performance.
