Sources a substantial portion of their own transactions and achieves established annual loan production, deposit, fee-income, and relationship-growth goals.

  • Structures transactions—including loan amount, amortization, maturity, pricing, collateral, guarantees, covenants, and reporting requirements—to align repayment sources and risk with the member relationship, market conditions, and company policy.
  • Leads collection and workout efforts for assigned relationships, working with credit leadership and other partners as appropriate to resolve delinquencies, reduce exceptions, and minimize charge-offs.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

  • Prior commercial lending experience with demonstrated success in business development, underwriting, closing, and portfolio management required
