Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the college. Define scope and deliverables, create schedules and resource plans, coordinate teams and vendors, manage risks/changes, monitor KPIs and milestones, ensure IT governance/security/compliance, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Support biweekly payroll processing, act as backup to the Payroll Administrator, prepare GL entries and reconciliations, manage garnishments and tax inquiries, maintain employee records, respond to payroll/W-2/W-4 inquiries, and provide accurate payroll support while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Lead and coordinate developmental reading and writing initiatives to improve student readiness and progression into college-level English. Design and standardize curriculum, collaborate with faculty and support services, advise students, monitor outcomes using data, and support continuous program improvement and faculty development.
