Serves as the dealership’s first point of contact by greeting customers, answering and routing calls through a multi-line switchboard, and providing friendly phone and in-person service. Supports administration by scanning documents into a cloud-based system, learning invoice entry and accounting posting, handling money responsibly, and taking on additional dealership administrative and accounting tasks.

Greet customers, schedule and check in express service (oil changes, tires), coordinate with technicians, provide estimates and recommendations, communicate via phone/text/video, maintain CSI and clean work area, record hours, and follow company policies and safety rules.
