Manage and expand referral relationships (hospitals, CHHAs, MLTCs) to drive PCS growth. Coordinate with Intake, Recruitment, and Operations to convert referrals, track metrics, resolve issues, conduct outreach, and meet commission-driven referral and revenue targets.

Lead and develop a home care recruitment team to source, hire, and retain HHA/PCA candidates. Oversee full-cycle recruiting, implement sourcing strategies, measure KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, build community relationships, and support events and orientations across offices.

Support execution of product initiatives, integrations, and platform enhancements. Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage backlog and UAT, coordinate with engineering and vendors, maintain PRDs and documentation, ensure data accuracy and HIPAA/compliance adherence across clinical and operational systems.
