Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing, compliance with tax and wage laws, payroll system administration, payroll tax filings, 401(k) coordination, audits, vendor relationships, process improvements, and supervision and development of payroll staff.

Manage and expand referral relationships (hospitals, CHHAs, MLTCs) to drive PCS growth. Coordinate with Intake, Recruitment, and Operations to convert referrals, track metrics, resolve issues, conduct outreach, and meet commission-driven referral and revenue targets.
