A 9–12 month rotational trainee program that teaches hauling operations: ride-alongs, shop and dispatch, routing/data analysis, customer service, and frontline supervision. Trainees learn DOT/OSHA compliance, safety, crew leadership, route optimization, and will transition into an Operations Supervisor/Manager role with responsibility for team, budget, and KPIs. Relocation within the Midwest required.

Serve as a hands-on regional HR business partner for coastal NC/SC divisions: coach leaders, manage employee relations and investigations, ensure legal and OSHA compliance, drive engagement and onboarding, deliver training, and travel to branch locations to resolve frontline issues and support retention and performance management.

Sell and grow commercial solid waste services in an assigned territory by prospecting, maintaining accounts, preparing contracts and quotes, performing waste-stream analysis, developing pricing strategies, attending meetings/community events, and supporting acquisitions and competitive intelligence.
