Develop and optimize production schedules across Norfab and Spring City by balancing demand, materials, labor, capacity, and equipment constraints. Monitor production progress, adjust schedules, reduce downtime and waste, maintain ERP data accuracy, and lead SIOP and production planning meetings. The role coordinates with sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, engineering, and the Juarez facility to support inventory availability, customer priorities, and on-time delivery.
