Set up and maintain accurate product records and BOMs in ERP and database systems, run audits and reports, resolve data discrepancies, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product/catalog data.

Manage industrial customer accounts from quote through order execution, handle inbound/outbound sales calls, prepare quotes, support order entry, coordinate with technical staff and operations, visit customer facilities to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and support trade shows and on-site meetings. Hybrid inside/outside role with potential to evolve into full outside sales.

Support design and development of remanufactured products and processes: reverse engineer parts, create testing and reman procedures, support suppliers, quality, procurement, and operations, perform root cause analysis, time studies, costing, inspections, and technical reporting.
