Produces and adapts approved designs for print, digital, social media, web, email, signage, events, and ministry services. Prepares production-ready files, maintains Canva brand kits and creative assets, performs quality control, manages digital signage, coordinates with vendors, and supports the Creative Team with revisions, formatting, resizing, and file organization.

Leads The Crossing’s Creative Team and directs visual communication across services, campaigns, ministries, events, print, video, social media, web, and digital channels. Develops brand standards, reviews creative work, coaches creative professionals, manages projects and budgets, and contributes hands-on to design, video production, and creative problem-solving. The role requires strong visual judgment, strategic planning, communication, and alignment with the church’s Christian beliefs and mission.

Creates and publishes multimedia content for a church’s digital platforms, including short-form videos, photography, graphics, captions, event promotions, and web or email assets. Captures stories during services and events, collaborates with creative and ministry teams, researches trends, manages content calendars, responds to audiences, and reviews engagement data. The role requires strong storytelling, visual production, writing, organization, and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.

Leads the full video-production process for a multi-site church, including concept development, planning, filming, directing, editing, review, and delivery. Translates ministry goals and life-change stories into compelling visual content for worship services, ministries, and digital platforms. Oversees studio resources, equipment, workflows, budgets, and media assets; evaluates production improvements; and recruits, trains, schedules, and leads video volunteers and contractors.

Lead and develop the Music Team across multiple campuses, plan and execute worship music for weekend services and events, produce and contribute new music/demos, train staff and volunteers, manage Planning Center assets, and regularly lead worship vocally or instrumentally while supporting broader programming leadership.
