Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex highway and multimodal transportation projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and multidisciplinary teams. Design and coordinate HVAC mechanical systems for entertainment, hospitality, and healthcare projects using Revit/CAD and energy software. Perform load calculations, equipment selection, scope development, QA/QC, vendor coordination, RFIs/submittals, life-cycle cost analysis, and mentor designers while managing multiple project deliverables and schedules.

Design HVAC systems for hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare projects using AutoCAD MEP/Revit, perform load calculations with Trace/EnergyPro/DOE, select equipment, coordinate disciplines, verify field conditions, and maintain engineering calculations.

Lead and mentor electrical design staff for hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare projects. Produce and QC drawings, RFIs, and submittals; manage budgets and schedules; perform field verifications, studies, and Basis of Design implementation. Provide expertise in lighting, normal and emergency power, and fire alarm systems; represent EXP in meetings, review contractor pricing, and lead technical presentations.
