Serve as structural technical leader and business builder for regional buildings and infrastructure practice. Lead structural engineering across airports, transit, civic projects; drive business development, project delivery, QA/QC, and team development while overseeing technical design, construction support, budgets, and client relationships.

Lead and manage mechanical design projects, mentor staff, perform QA/QC of designs and calculations, specify HVAC equipment and controls, write specifications and reports, conduct life-cycle and energy cost analyses, review contractor bids, manage budgets and schedules, and travel to project sites to resolve issues.

Lead mechanical design for mission critical and data center projects: produce and review CAD drawings and calculations, specify and size equipment, coordinate MEP/FP disciplines, mentor designers, perform QA/QC, write reports and sequences of operations, and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules to codes and client requirements.

Lead mechanical design for MEP life sciences and healthcare projects, mentor junior staff, perform QA/QC, equipment selection, load and energy analyses, write specs and narratives, modify control sequences, manage project deliverables and budgets, and perform site visits to resolve construction issues.

Design and specify structured cabling, AV, security, and other ELV systems for building projects. Produce drawings, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, load and cooling calculations, and coordinate with MEP/architectural teams using Revit and AutoCAD. Support SD/DD/CD documentation, attend coordination meetings, and manage design tasks within project work plans.

Convert engineer markups into CAD drawings, prepare electrical floor plans, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and equipment room layouts. Perform fault-current and lighting calculations using Powertools and photometric software, layout lighting and fire alarm devices, coordinate with other disciplines, and apply NEC and power system concepts.

Lead and mentor electrical design staff for hospitality and entertainment projects. Produce and QC drawings, RFIs, reports, and Basis of Design implementation. Manage budgets/schedules, perform field verifications, evaluate contractor pricing, and advise clients on code and electrical systems (lighting, normal/emergency power, fire alarm).

Design mechanical HVAC systems for mission-critical and commercial buildings: produce AutoCAD drawings, load calculations, equipment selection, specifications, code compliance, RFI/submittal review, QA/QC, mentor design staff, coordinate with disciplines, and develop sequences for AHU, CHW/HW, WSHP, VAV/CV, chillers, boilers and cooling towers while applying psychrometrics and total energy concepts.

Design HVAC systems for life sciences and healthcare buildings using Revit/CAD and 3D models. Prepare HVAC one-line diagrams, load and airflow calculations, equipment sizing and schedules, specifications, sequences of operations, and coordinate with vendors and other disciplines. Manage deliverables, respond to RFIs and submittals, and support construction problem-solving.

Lead and perform highway and multi-modal roadway design, prepare plans/specifications/estimates, produce bid/design-build/bridging packages, perform design reviews, and apply FDOT/AASHTO/MUTCD standards using industry design software.
