Admiral Heating and Ventilating is recruiting current Milwaukee School of Engineering students for its 2027 summer internship program. Interns may work in mechanical engineering, project management, or related fields. Develop and grow commercial HVAC business with union contractors and facilities across Chicagoland. Manage existing accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, win new construction projects, navigate bids and negotiations, and manage change orders. Build relationships across the HVAC and construction industry, attend trade events, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecast data, and coordinate project handoffs with internal teams.

Provides front-desk and administrative support, including phone coverage, guest reception, mail distribution, office supply purchasing, inventory management, and document processing. Supports Accounting with accounts payable paperwork and assists Human Resources and operations as needed. Manages certificates of insurance, renewals, licenses, performance and payment bonds, postage, monthly statement mailing, and other office tasks. Delivers professional customer service and maintains communication with internal and external contacts.
