Supports corporate and dealership marketing across websites, digital inventory, advertising, social media, online reputation, promotions, events, and community initiatives. Maintains accurate digital content, coordinates advertising compliance and schedules, assists with copy and creative campaigns, manages social engagement and reviews, and organizes marketing files, calendars, promotional materials, and branding resources.

Manage inbound KBB ICO leads and service-drive outreach from the BDC, using phone/text/email cadences to convert leads into scheduled in-store appraisal appointments. Log all contacts in the CRM, handle objections, confirm appointments, and re-engage no-shows to generate appraisal bookings for the used car team.

Manage talent acquisition partnerships with schools and trade programs, run job fairs and recruiting events, build sourcing pipelines with HR and managers, support onboarding, develop technician apprenticeship and training programs, and assist managers with implementation and tracking.
