Supports nonprofit finance operations, including cash handling, reconciliations, accounts receivable, restricted fund monitoring, transaction coding, credit card and ACH processing, and month- and quarter-end close activities. The role also assists with audits, contributed revenue entries, inventory, purchasing, and selected HR administration. It requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, organizational skills, cross-department coordination, and proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems.
