Tests product functionality, meets posting goals, manages inventory retrieval and storage, fulfills shipments, prepares labels, maintains records, and follows safety, confidentiality, loss prevention, and organizational procedures. The role also requires customer service, computer skills, visual merchandising knowledge, accurate writing, and the ability to work varied schedules while handling items up to 50 pounds.

Manages daily e-commerce operations, including online listings, pricing, inventory flow, shipping, customer service, sales reporting, budgeting, and loss prevention. Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates staff; coordinates merchandise sourcing with store teams; ensures equipment, safety, HIPAA, CARF, and organizational compliance. Maintains online sales quality and profitability while preparing reports and improving inventory-processing procedures.

Manage fiscal compliance, reconciliation, billing, and financial analysis for assigned grants and programs. Prepare budgets, spending plans, monthly billings, audit documentation, and variance reports. Ensure grant-specific compliance, accurate timekeeping coding, HIPAA and CARF standards, and implement process improvements. Provide ad hoc reporting and support to leadership; travel in-state and out-of-state as needed.
