Lead payroll and compensation strategy and operations for multi-company employee populations. Ensure compliance with payroll/tax laws, design and evaluate compensation programs, manage HRIS/payroll systems and vendors, run market analyses and forecasting, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and lead a payroll and compensation team.

Build and maintain complex Excel financial models, support budgeting and forecasting with variance and scenario analysis, produce reports and dashboards, analyze trends and risks, collaborate cross-functionally, support strategic planning, and improve/automate recurring financial processes.
