Leads CPC’s enterprise technology operations, including IT service management, end-user services, infrastructure, networks, cloud operations, identity and access management, cybersecurity operations, engineering, and vendor management. The role establishes operational governance, service standards, KPIs, cybersecurity and resilience practices, and continuous improvement programs. It manages IT teams, strategic vendors, budgets, modernization initiatives, business continuity, disaster recovery, and enterprise technology projects while improving service reliability, security, efficiency, and employee technology experience.

Leads CPC’s enterprise business applications and digital transformation strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement. Oversees application lifecycle management, modernization, automation, AI enablement, integrations, digital workplace technologies, vendor relationships, and project portfolios. Partners with executives and business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic priorities, improve processes, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business value. Builds and develops high-performing applications and transformation teams while managing roadmaps, budgets, performance metrics, and organizational change.

Provide white-glove L2/L3 technology support for executives: device lifecycle management, email/calendar and M365 support, AV and meetings setup, secure remote access, incident triage, security practices, executive coaching, and operational runbooks for executive services.
