Receive and process incoming stock, unload trucks, check merchandise, pick/pack orders, sort and organize inventory, operate sit-down forklift and lifting equipment, maintain a safe and clean warehouse, and perform other duties as assigned. Must pass background check and drug test.

Lead an innovation team to modernize heavy manufacturing lines by designing, programming, and commissioning automated systems. Integrate multi-vendor PLC/HMI platforms, retrofit legacy machinery with motion control and SCADA, implement IoT sensors feeding CMMS, and manage projects from CAD and procurement through commissioning, training, and ROI validation.

Pick, pack, and move warehouse stock; assist shipping and receiving; operate forklifts/reach trucks/order pickers; maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.

Coordinate domestic and export shipping orders, manage repackaging schedules, support in-house shipping and logistics issue resolution, maintain shipping-sales communications, perform clerical duties (data entry, filing), and work flexible hours including overtime and weekends as needed.

Provide general office and clerical support including creating MTRs for Texas Pipe products, assisting production with shop orders, interacting with internal and external customers, and performing filing, copying, faxing, and other assigned administrative duties.

Lead day-to-day distribution center and yard operations; supervise warehouse teams and supervisors; manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, space and equipment utilization; drive productivity, process improvements, loss prevention, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Provide in-person and remote desktop support for Windows, mobile devices, and printers; deploy applications; manage onboarding/offboarding; troubleshoot incidents; participate in inventories and IT projects; perform printer administration and occasional local site coverage.
