Administer and monitor Microsoft, Google, VoIP, operating system, endpoint management, backup, and infrastructure environments. Manage upgrades, system refreshes, security protocols, incidents, vulnerabilities, and recovery procedures. Serve as an escalation point for service desk issues, conduct root cause analyses, maintain technical documentation, coordinate vendors, and support infrastructure improvement projects. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 and PowerShell expertise, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and may follow a hybrid corporate-office schedule.

Performs full-cycle accounting for 7–9 skilled nursing facilities, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, account and bank reconciliations, journal entries, payroll integrations, fixed asset maintenance, and year-end close support. Ensures accurate, compliant, and timely accounting records and reporting while managing multiple priorities independently.
