Senior HRBP partnering with the CTO to lead a product-led transformation of engineering. Duties include org design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance frameworks, talent reviews, coaching senior leaders, embedding people analytics, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance and local HR for a distributed international engineering organization.

Design and evolve a high-availability, low-latency trading backend. Translate product requirements into technical designs, lead monolith-to-microservices decompositions, define architecture standards, and ensure operational resilience and scalable real-time stream processing in production.

Research, design, and backtest quantitative trading strategies across asset classes and frequencies; develop alpha, risk, and execution models; analyze large market datasets; evaluate DeFi protocols; collaborate with engineers to deploy and monitor live strategies; perform attribution and propose improvements.

Manage and grow relationships with HNWI, private wealth, asset and fund managers globally. Prospect new clients, negotiate agreements, resolve trade and margin issues, coordinate cross-functional delivery, analyze markets, and implement strategic plans to expand services and client satisfaction.

Design, implement, and operationalize fraud detection and prevention across authentication, trading, crypto, and admin workflows. Own telemetry, investigate incidents using logs and data warehouses, build detection models and scoring systems, tune alerting/triage workflows, and translate findings into playbooks and engineering requirements to reduce fraud and strengthen controls.
