Lead and oversee cataloging operations for the CMC grant, perform and supervise original and copy cataloging in OCLC Connexion, ensure metadata quality using RDA/MARC/LC headings, train and manage staff, manage projects and timelines, maintain documentation and procedures, and support member libraries with cataloging needs and grant reporting.
