Support daily accounting operations for a hotel: record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries and reports, assist month-end close, monitor revenue controls, manage AP/AR and vendor relations, ensure policy compliance, and participate in system or process improvement projects.

Lead group sales and event operations for The Cloudveil and support group sales for a Boston hotel. Manage leads, room blocks, group contracts, vendor partnerships, VIP pre-arrival arrangements, event programming, bookings for entertainment and guest engagement, and coordinate site visits, proposals, and revenue evaluations with Marriott Global Sales and internal teams.

Produce reports, coordinate with brands and property teams, optimize distribution and profitability, and support budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting.

Provide regional HR leadership for assigned hotels, driving recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, performance management, training, compensation, and people analytics. Partner with hotel leaders to implement corporate HR initiatives, coach managers, lead investigations, and improve retention and engagement while ensuring legal and operational compliance.
