Administer and maintain county network and server environments, perform installs, configuration, patching, monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting. Support security controls, disaster recovery planning, documentation, evaluate new technologies, and participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergency support.

Provide broad HR generalist support including benefits and retirement plan administration, leave and FMLA/ADA compliance, wellness programs, compensation and classification support, performance management, new hire orientation, vendor coordination, and HR projects/process improvements. Act as primary employee contact for benefits and leave and ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.
