Manages full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, technical, construction, and leadership positions. Partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, screens and assesses candidates, coordinates interviews, maintains talent pipelines and recruiting records, supports offers and onboarding, and monitors hiring metrics. Coordinates schedules, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, procurement, vendor deliveries, status reports, change orders, meetings, site visits, invoices, purchase orders, onboarding documents, and closeout activities. Works with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, field partners, clients, and finance teams to maintain accurate records and keep projects on schedule.

Owns a Texas territory by acquiring and retaining commercial and industrial electrical service accounts, managing revenue and profitability, and leading five to ten service technicians. Designs, programs, configures, and integrates building automation and energy management systems. Develops DDC programs, graphics, sequences, point lists, documentation, and control narratives; integrates HVAC, lighting, meters, and IP devices using open protocols. Conducts factory acceptance testing, supports startup and commissioning, troubleshoots communication issues, and provides technical support to project and field teams.

Own an assigned Texas territory by acquiring and growing commercial and industrial electrical service accounts, managing customer relationships, leading five to ten technicians, and overseeing scheduling, service quality, safety, pricing, profitability, billing, collections, and revenue performance. The role combines sales, account management, field operations leadership, and territory financial accountability.

Coordinates subcontractor and supplier prequalification requests, reviews documentation, tracks renewals and deadlines, maintains audit-ready records, and escalates exceptions. Manages contract intake, routing, approval, signature, filing, and status tracking for subcontracts, purchase agreements, and vendor agreements. Supports the Contracts Manager while following established checklists, workflows, confidentiality requirements, and authority limits.

Serves as the corporate office’s first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling meetings, and supporting HR, recruiting, leadership, and general administrative functions. Requires professional English and Spanish communication, strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, and basic Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency.

Leads enterprise brand positioning, messaging, corporate communications, visual identity governance, executive communications, competitive analysis, and brand-quality standards across multiple companies. Partners with creative, digital, operations, executives, agencies, and vendors to guide initiatives from research through implementation and evaluation. Reviews high-visibility materials, manages brand standards, advises senior leaders, and oversees employees or external partners while maintaining consistency and accuracy under pressure.

Coordinates social media content across multiple company brands, including content planning, writing, editing, scheduling, publishing, community management, creative asset coordination, event coverage, and performance reporting. Maintains enterprise content calendars, adapts messaging for different audiences and platforms, monitors engagement, escalates sensitive issues, and identifies opportunities to improve brand visibility and content effectiveness.
