Owns the CCO’s customer intelligence and decision-support infrastructure, including customer health and risk models, retention economics, renewal forecasting, executive reporting, operating cadence, Voice of Customer programs, and CS tooling strategy. Partner with delivery, value engineering, solutions, product, marketing, services, and partnerships teams to drive measurable customer outcomes and achieve 150%+ net revenue retention.

Own strategic banking, insurance, and financial services accounts as the executive sponsor and commercial leader. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, leading QBRs, managing executive relationships, owning renewals and contract negotiations, driving upsell and cross-sell expansion, forecasting revenue, mitigating account risks, and ensuring measurable customer outcomes. The role carries net revenue retention and expansion quotas while partnering with delivery, solutions, value engineering, product, marketing, services, and strategic partners.

Owns sales enablement for a B2B SaaS go-to-market team, including new-hire onboarding, certification, sales methodology training, coaching, playbooks, partner-motion enablement, and performance analysis. The role diagnoses rep skill gaps using win/loss reviews, call recordings, manager input, and field feedback, then designs targeted interventions and measures their effect on ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment.
