Provide administrative support for daily office operations, maintain filing and cash records, assist sales/finance document processing, and support other departments with general administrative tasks.

Provide day-to-day office support including filing, record keeping, scanning, cash handling, and assisting the sales and other departments with administrative tasks. Maintain accurate cash records and support office operations independently and as part of a team.

Prepare, organize, and scan finance documents for customer and lender signatures; enter financial data into systems; send and follow up on loan paperwork; assist customers via phone; and securely store documents.
