Responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, presentations, reports, data compilation, communications, visitors, and small projects. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and detailed knowledge of organizational operations. May lead other administrative assistants on a project basis.
