Prepare, configure, and operate automatic feeder and flatbed scanners to convert paper documents into digital images. Maintain and clean scanners, log document/box numbers, follow customer specifications and productivity benchmarks, assist team with preparation and indexing, troubleshoot basic computer/scanner issues, and perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Drive territory sales by generating leads, building executive relationships, managing the sales cycle, delivering demos and presentations, maintaining pipeline in Salesforce, meeting quotas, attending tradeshows, and coordinating with sales teams to grow net-new and existing business.

Supervise records center/vault and delivery operations, maintain staffing and fleet safety, enforce policies, manage inventory and facilities, drive quality improvements, control budgets, and deliver customer service.

Prepare, set up, and scan high volumes of paper documents using automatic feeders and flatbed scanners; set scanner parameters, perform daily scanner maintenance, log document identifiers, assist with document preparation and indexing, and meet productivity and quality standards.

Manage an assigned territory to prospect, qualify, and close business against weekly, monthly, and annual quotas. Build and maintain pipeline, run discovery, deliver proposals, negotiate, and close deals. Use CRM and sales tools, collaborate with field sales and operations, protect client relationships, and meet activity and revenue targets.

Supervise records center and vault operations, staffing, quality improvements, inventory and facility/equipment maintenance, fleet safety, customer service, budgeting, and training. Ensure audits, compliance, and driver backfill as needed.
