Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership across multiple companies. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel logistics, and executive communications. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Anticipate needs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, handle sensitive information, and support strategic projects to ensure organizational efficiency.

Manage assigned territory to grow sales and market share by developing existing accounts and prospecting new customers. Execute territory business plans, prepare bids and reports, use CRM tools, attend job sites and association meetings, and coordinate with sales management and inside sales.
