Perform outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate insurance sales. Lead full-cycle recruiting and strategic workforce planning to grow headcount from 90 to 120. Build sourcing pipelines for licensed insurance and support roles, implement ATS/processes, create hiring metrics and dashboards, run employer branding and referral programs, and partner on onboarding, retention, and M&A integration.
