Lead compliance for multi-state cannabis store openings: interpret state regulations, develop SOPs and training, configure compliance platforms, conduct mock audits and inspections, support on-site launch activities, and perform ongoing post-launch audits and inventory checks.

Own state-level compliance operations: review rules and regulations, update SOPs and training, run mock audits and corrective actions, track implementation, maintain records, support legal and cross-functional teams, and travel to retail/corporate sites to ensure cannabis regulatory compliance.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect listings across multiple retail locations, ensuring NAP consistency, review monitoring, and compliance. Support local SEO via schema markup, localized landing pages, keyword tracking, analytics (GA4, GSC), and reporting. Coordinate new store setups/closures, identify underperforming locations, and collaborate with marketing leadership to improve local search visibility and customer engagement within a regulated industry.

Support finance operations by maintaining accounting records, processing A/P and A/R, recording sales, reconciling accounts, assisting month-end and year-end close, preparing audit and tax documents, and improving financial workflows.
