The Compliance Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of the Compliance Department. This position is suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing documents, filing systems, communication channels, and task coordination. The role emphasizes maintaining organized, accessible records, drafting and formatting departmental materials, managing communications, completing forms, and providing basic compliance support functions.

Primary ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support & Document ManagementDevelop, organize, and enhance filing systems, document repositories, and folder structures.
Organize, label, archive, and retrieve documents efficiently and accurately.
Create, format, and standardize departmental documents, templates, and communications.
Keep records of compliance activities, forms, SOPs, and department files.
Complete routine compliance forms and update internal documentation as needed.
Draft professional email communications and update internal messaging clearly and accurately.
Monitor and respond to departmental messages across platforms like Slack, Gmail, and more.
Assist with scheduling, task tracking, follow-ups, and coordinating between facilities and staff.
Assist with compiling information for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
Assist in organizing SOP libraries and regulatory documentation.
Track deadlines, submissions, document updates, and team requests.
Maintain awareness of regulatory materials when organizing and filing documents.
Perform additional compliance tasks as assigned by management.
Note: This role emphasizes administrative tasks over regulatory decisions, but may develop as skills progress.

Ability to understand and work through regulatory documents at a basic administrative level.
Previous experience in administration, compliance support, or the cannabis industry.
Background in task coordination, project support, document management, or office administration.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent Card.
