Partner with leaders across a Tempe manufacturing facility to handle full-cycle HR: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, leave (FMLA), employee relations, compliance, safety/OSHA support, unemployment claims, HR metrics tracking, and ad hoc HR projects to improve employee engagement and retention.

Design, improve, and support overhead garage door products. Create CAD drawings, maintain BOMs in ERP, calculate spring/hardware specs, evaluate materials, conduct product testing to DASMA standards, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain financial records and support AP/AR for a multi-location manufacturer: three-way matching, invoice processing, payments, cash application, reconciliations, month-end close, customer support, and administrative tasks.
