Lead the banks internal audit function: develop risk-based audit plans, evaluate internal controls, execute audits, manage investigations and remediation, support regulatory exams, report to leadership, and mentor staff.

Provide administrative support to regional leadership across multiple locations: compile and distribute reports, maintain KPI dashboards, coordinate travel/expenses, plan events and sponsorships, manage vendor and employee logistics, support community engagement and CRA tracking, and assist regional marketing and operational needs.

Sell and place new commercial insurance lines, support client retention, coordinate with account managers, document activity in AMS360, review proposals, manage receivables, and provide financial services to clients.

Provide relationship-driven financial advice to assigned and referred clients through proactive engagement, personalized financial planning, portfolio servicing, and cross-selling of banking, lending, and insurance solutions. Partner with senior advisors and branch teams to deepen client relationships, manage transactions and documentation, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance while supporting asset growth and client retention.

Provide frontline onboarding, setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for business banking products (ACH, wires, cards, merchant services, RDC, online banking, Positive Pay). Serve as primary customer contact across phone/email/digital channels, document interactions in CRM, assist frontline staff, handle fraud/compliance issues, and ensure accurate product setup and training.

Conduct compliance reviews, assess regulatory impact of products, prepare examination/audit documentation, support risk management, update policies/forms/disclosures, assist with training and regulatory change assessment, and interact with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance findings.

Process ACH transactions and wire transfers accurately and on time; reconcile and validate daily activity; handle compliance, fraud response, and customer inquiries; document issues in CRM and support internal teams as an ACH/wire subject matter resource.
