Build and own Holly’s data platform, including ingestion and normalization pipelines for messy government data, canonical datasets, semantic search, retrieval, and inference APIs. Design schemas, data-quality systems, lineage, observability, and automated production workflows. Integrate LLMs, embeddings, and other AI capabilities for extraction, classification, matching, and search. Partner with founders and product engineers to make architecture decisions and deliver reliable, scalable data infrastructure.

Own the technical direction and end-to-end operation of Holly’s Data Platform. Build ingestion, ETL/ELT, normalization, canonical data models, semantic search, retrieval, and inference systems for messy government data. Establish AI extraction, classification, matching, evaluation, monitoring, data-quality, lineage, and observability standards. Lead cross-team architecture decisions, partner with founders and Product, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, reliable platform capabilities.

Own technical direction and end-to-end delivery across Holly’s full-stack product. Build production features with TypeScript, React, Postgres, and AI/LLM systems; design data pipelines and data-rich interfaces; establish architecture, reliability, testing, observability, and CI/CD standards; and mentor engineers through cross-team decisions. The role partners closely with founders and requires ownership of customer-facing systems in an early-stage environment.

Own Holly’s core platform modules end to end, from user research and product direction through prototyping, development, launch, and measurement. Lead the labor relations module, collaborate with government HR customers and engineering, define product metrics, and drive delivery. Use AI tools to prototype workflows, build AI-powered features, automate internal processes, develop production prompts, and establish quality evaluations. This early product leader will also help shape product practices and understand complex enterprise and public-sector workflows.

Support government clients through onboarding, platform training, help-center management, analytics consulting, and launch QA. Resolve user questions, identify recurring product or training gaps, validate workforce data, present actionable findings, and partner with product teams to turn manual project work into scalable capabilities. Maintain asynchronous learning content, co-host webinars and office hours, and ensure platform functionality and data quality before client go-live.

Partner with the founders and leadership team to operate Holly’s next growth phase. Own financial planning, forecasts, cash management, SaaS metrics, board reporting, company-wide KPIs, and planning cadences. Lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, build new business functions, improve processes, support fundraising and external relationships, oversee People Operations, and strengthen company culture through events and initiatives.

Own and scale customer support for government clients, including issue resolution, triage, bug escalation, customer reporting, playbook development, and knowledge-base maintenance. Monitor client health and support KPIs, identify recurring product issues, and create release notes, help content, instructional materials, and customer communications. Partner with product, engineering, and deployment teams to improve support operations and client outcomes.

Own the full implementation journey for government clients, including kickoff sessions, multi-week training, launch coordination, usage tracking, troubleshooting, and post-launch onboarding. Manage multiple simultaneous launches, build client trust, identify workflow and product gaps, and translate customer insights into product improvements. The role requires strong project management, local government understanding, customer communication, entrepreneurial initiative, and frequent travel for in-person collaboration.
