Build and own core full-stack product features for a civic-tech HR platform used by local governments. Responsibilities include designing data models, backend APIs, React interfaces, AI and LLM-powered workflows, data ingestion pipelines, observability, testing, and CI/CD. The role requires architectural ownership, strong product judgment, independent execution, and collaboration with founders in an early-stage startup.

Own daily data operations, including data collection, pipeline monitoring, quality validation, root-cause investigation, SQL-based cleaning, and Metabase dashboards. Partner with engineering and deployment teams to resolve data issues, standardize metrics, document processes, and build tooling that improves reliability and scalability for government clients.

Partner with the founders and leadership team to operate Holly’s next growth phase. Own financial planning, forecasts, cash management, SaaS metrics, board reporting, company-wide KPIs, and planning cadences. Lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, build new business functions, improve processes, support fundraising and external relationships, oversee People Operations, and strengthen company culture through events and initiatives.
