Develop and grow specification and contractor relationships within a Florida territory to secure Legrand product specifications, drive project pipelines, support sales and distribution partners, deliver design and training assistance, and use CRM and sales tools to meet territory quota.

Manage inbound sales and account development for data center connectivity products. Provide pre-sales technical support, qualify opportunities, enter orders, meet outbound call and sales quotas, coordinate with field sales, maintain CRM records, and perform territory forecasting and reporting.

Support documentation, evaluation, testing, and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting (COSO). Partner with accounting to identify/control gaps, support remediation, audits, and process harmonization. Builds pipeline, leads joint business planning, enables partner sellers, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages forecasting, and supports Territory Sales Managers. Requires travel and remote work.

Lead and grow strategic relationships with national electrical contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with internal teams, support project business, and represent the company at trade shows and customer sites. Role requires ~50% travel.

Lead and develop plant supply chain (planning, procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving). Serve as site lead for Datawork-to-SAP S/4HANA transition, redesign and standardize processes for new ERP, improve production planning and material flow using Lean, and drive change management, training, and adoption while working closely with frontline teams.

Lead lifecycle management and go-to-market for data center power products (PDU and accessories). Define roadmap, gather customer feedback, perform competitive analysis, support pricing, launches, training, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and support. Travel with sales and represent products at customer demos and industry events.

Support development and execution of system-level integration and automated tests for electrical products. Develop/maintain Python, LabVIEW, and TestStand test applications, validate designs for regulatory compliance (UL/FCC/CE), troubleshoot electrical components, assist DFMEA and PCBA fixture development, collaborate with labs for EMI/EMC testing, and support manufacturability and documentation for production releases.

Design, program, and improve automated production cells and equipment. Specify robotics, PLCs, and material handling, write PLC and robot programs, support OEE/production monitoring, use SolidWorks/AutoCAD for components, and participate in Kaizen and cross-functional teams.
